Hi, I am Nilanjana, mother of 5 month old baby. Is it normal to not have period for few months after delivery; as it's been 4 months that I have not got period.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. that can be Lactational amenorrhea,that's normal and nothing to worry about it. No any natural ways or any medication is good for forced to help you get your periods. Make sure you are not pregnant as even if u do not get your periods u may be pregnant, do hf check upt once.
