Hi everyone, My son has 102 degrees fever last night in middle of night he woke and was talking all unusual things is this normal?? Can any one help

A. Associated with high fever or also sometimes when the child sleeps taking some things into the mind or they were doing something playing or something that’s on the mind they can be behave like this which is very normal and in case of doubt you can check with your doctor
