Hi Doctor, my baby is 2.6 years old and has itching on the hand/arm, with some redness and dry patches. Please see the attached photo and advise what cream or treatment would be suitable.

A. Atogla cream you can apply this is going to help in reducing the dryness from the skin and also will help in healing the skin and will make it smooth so you can easily apply this three times in the day which would be quite helpful for you
