Hi Doctor, my baby is 2.3 years old and has itching on the hand/arm, with some redness and dry patches. Please see the attached photo and advise what cream or treatment would be suitable.

A. It looks like there has been mosquito bites onto the hand or legs and the child has crashed it way too far and that is why it is looking like this so as of now you can apply calamine lotion which will give a very good relief to the child you can also apply mix of Kapoor and Babyhug coconut oil
