hey suddenly her skin looks like the picture attached.. please give me some advice? Red rashes all over the face and neck

A. Atogla cream you can apply as of now that will be a good option that you can apply on the skin and this is going to help in reducing the problem that is there and you can apply a number of times in the day but currently you should avoid applying any kind of oil on the skin
