Hello Sir my 2years old daughter is suffering from constipation problem since long. Her stool is very hard and she finds difficulty while doing potty. She is taking medicine like Duphalac/ Gutclear etc. But while we stop medicine her problem getting severe. Kindly suggest Sir.

A. Hello! Depending on the medication might not be the real effective solution for this. You need to improve your child’s digestion by giving good fibre rich foods and proper gut Healthy foods like curd and buttermilk. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in the daily diet.
