hello.. my daughter is 3 years of age...today morning she complaint about back side headache and vomiting with fever..can anybody help

Maam you can give vomiting medicine and paracetamol to the child which would be the right thing to do currently apart from the headache could be due to acidity in the tummy and sometimes it would be due to having too much of screen time or not sleeping properly which is why with the situation that you are facing it would be a good time for you to get examined by the doctor
