Hello, My child is 7 and 4 months old,can I give him any types of cheese once or twice a week?Is giving cheese harmful for kids?

Cheese can be given from the age of seven months itself so if you want you can give chief best is to give Chheda that’s one of the best options that I can recommend you you can look for any brand of your choice these days much better brands available than Amul also look for that we can comparison and look for the best one to buy
