hello ma'am good morning meri beti 7 month ki ho gai kya use sooji k sath thoda sa jaggery de sakte hai

A. hello dear. no need to add it.. jaggery , dates are better to introduce after8 month of age...gie her 2 to 3 times semi sokid food a day. tc
