Hello..I'm 26 days old baby girl mother. My daughter always wet her daiper with poo nd it cause rashes to her skin. please suggest any medicine..

Also apply coconut oil on the affected areas and repeat the process after 2 to 3 hours..this will help in preventing rashes further. If you do not see much improvement then must consult with your paediatric
