hello dr. my son is 2yrs 9months and now he is trying to keep everything into his mouth whether it is leather, cloth or any wrapper... what should I include in his diet or why he does like that?

Ma’am sometimes when premolars come kids behave like this due to irritation in the gums and second thing is sometimes due to nutritional deficiency also this can happen you are very much right and sometimes you do anxiety being under confident and unable to express also kids behaved like this so I would suggest you to just consult your doctor once
