Hello dr., my daughter is 4 months old and she is only on breast milk ( no formula). She usually poops 3 times a day(watery). I wanted to check if this is normal or should I worried about

A. Water motion if the child is passing as of now then I think your child is having loose motion which can be associated either with teething or stomach infection so it would be good for you to have an assessment with the doctor start with right treatment for the child
