Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal movement or convulsions.in such case it needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury .otherwise application of ice locally to relieve the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic likuee paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also ,teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated  and cakn be easily missed out most of the time .
