Q.
Hello doctor, My son now 2years 2 months but his weight is 10.5kg only. he is not at all put on weight, he is kind of underweight but he plays well, wholeday he will be active and eat properly. but somehow he is not gaining weight. may I know what foods should I give him to gain weight ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom not to worry some variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and eating healthy , by the age of f 1 they almost triple their birth weight and then it takes almost 5 years to double it.
