Q.

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 4.6 years old. She brushes her teeth twice a day but still had tartar build up. We are pure vegetarians. My husband's strict instructions are that she should refrain fr eating chocolates or ice creams. We have not yet given her these kind of foods even once. What should I do to get rid of tartar.
