hello doctor my baby girl is suffering from fever and cold from past 2days is it ok to give paracetamol 4hrs once pls reply me

A. in case of onset of fever in 4 hours you can give syp pcm in 4 hours but in correct dose. give lots of fluids n rest to your child ok
