Q.

hello doctor... my 10 month old daughter doesnt at all say any word...she just do burr burr...but no consonant at all...no ma ma or ba ba...nothing...she responds well when we call her name or when she watches rhymes or any other normal activity...but she just doesnt communicate at all...she stay silent the whole day...though she smiles and laugh when she see rhymes and when we play with her...though we are communicating with her a lot but she doesnt babble

A. its ok. not all kuds will speak so early. keep talking to her. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. Hi mom Encourage him often to speak Take a good care of your baby Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Wash area often with lukewarm water Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position
