Hello Doctor, I am the mother of Anna Michelle. My daughter is 8 months 25 days old. she is having a running nose. Can we apply vicks vapor up on her chest, back, hands, and legs???

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalatiogn would be vercy useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
