Hello doc My weight is 58 kg and my height 5’2 . I want to loose weight kindly suggest wat to do. I’m a married women.

A. hi mom have or include good proteins in diet have dals eggs chicken paneer curds soya tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits in diet walk for half an hour daily
