Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times height and weight of the baby depends on genetics on the type of food you are giving to some extent physical exercise also . .

If Both height and weight of your child has become stagnant for sometime then that would be due to some issue with the body I think you should consult your doctor for a full check up after a further assessment of the body can only we come to know what is the right reason and what should be done for that I had to deal with these issues
