HAI DOCTOR.. My son is 25 months old his weight is 10 kgs .. he is not taking enough food consuming breast milk at night. is there any problem.often he is suffering from fever (monthly once or once in 2 months)

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can start giving Zincovit syrup as it is multivitamin and multi mineral syrup which also improves appetite and try to give Vitamin C rich fruits and now for fever give calpol on regular intervals

You Breastfeeding your child that is when your child is going to eat anything because your child is less about is your feed only so please quit breastfeeding also food as it will equal importance your child is about three kgs underweight if you do not feed your child properly and stick to feeding only then overall growth is going to get hampered
