Good evening doctor my baby's hand and feet cold to touch is it any problem doctor now he is 6 months old and he is premature baby

No it would just be a normal body temperature of your child as per the season and do not say anything wrong in that further if you have a doubt about anything in that case you can definitely connect with your doctor but as of now it seems completely normal
