gm mam my daughter is suffering from fever since.last 7 days and we are out of India I am giving her ibugesic 9 ml when fever comes since last three days ibugesic is finished and I bought from here plain paracetamol and ibrufen separately . should I give her both medicine when fever comes or only paracetomol and as fever comes in every 6 hrs medicine should be given when fever comes or before fever as when fever comes se becomes too lethargic
