From last week i noticed my daughter breast started growing slowly.no hair growth noticed in private parts..is this ok or i should consult a doctor

A. Still very early for having breast development and no hair growth is a good sign but still the breast development at an age of age is very unhealthy and it’s not about vagina even if the child to under arm hair in an early it’s not a good sign
