Well that would completely depend upon the gender of the child second what do you feel is the best to be done in terms of theme decoration for a girl or a boy and I also must tell you this very clearly you should know this the first birthday celebration is for the parents and the family not for the child what you feel that you would want to do special for your child just go ahead with that to make amazing memories
