Dr my daughter is one month old she having white patches in under arm,stomach and thigh I'm using teadybar soap and after bath I will apply Himalaya baby cream it is good for our baby skin

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important kikand maintain a good hygiene .
