Q.

do thyroid issue affect breastmilk... I haven't taken medicine since 1 month. I have diagnosed with thyroid while trying to conceive... Then I was prescribed 25mcg .. late pregnancy I was consuming 37.5. last month the reports are normal... should I continue medication or not.

A. Namaste Mom, You could probably get that confirmed by your gynec as such who could be monitoring your levels as to know how your body is reacting to it as such.

A. Well I don’t think so you need to go for the medication but I would just suggest you before you take any decision talk to your Doctor Who is observing you through your pregnancy and who suggested you for the thyroid tablet and it has got no connection with breastfeeding
