can I give Woodward my baby because stomach is tight and he pass gas again and again

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. it is also a type of medicine and has got side effects it is not advisable to give gripe water to the child on the regular basis because at the end it is a type of medicine which will help in decreasing the colic pain but yes it has got side effects so do not give this without medical consultation. it contains sodium bicarbonate as well as plenty of sugars which has got side effects for such a small child
