can i give sathu maavu (health mix) with nuts to my baby .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 week agoA. Namaste Mom, Would recommend to waiting for another month as such, as let the baby get used to some solids and use nuts and seeds, use one of them at a time first as to ensure that the baby isn't allergic to them.
