Q.
Can i give boiled eggs or egg masala rice,/ egg fried rice in the lunch box. ?? Lunch time 12.30 pm. Lunch Box packaging time 7.45 am ??

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum you can give cooked egg recipes to your child in the lunch box but if the temperature is quite high then the chances of spoilage are there so you may avoid if the egg is going to be consumed after 2 hours of preparation

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi parent yes ma'am you can give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
