Can i give 2 nos Entogermina mini bottle per day to my 1.5 year baby boy who is suffering from Acute Gastroenteritis and having continuous loose motion for last 5 days. He is also given Domstal suspension 3.5 ml 3 times a day as per doctors advise along with lots of ors, other fluids.

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroentuuieritis where symptomgatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
