by miss I gave fever syrup for stomach pain 5 ml to my kid... he is sweating full bosy

It is highly rich in paracetamol and that is why your child is sweating a lot she can keep the child under the fan or AC to reduce the temperature and slowly the child will start feeling better nothing can done as of now but I think this is going to settle on its own over the period
