baby is 10 month old ..birth weight was 1.6 kg ..he is preterm baby ..now weight is 7.5 kg ..and hight is 68 cm is it ok?

Yes with the fact that your child was a premature child this is good enough for the child and things are going to get better over the period with the diet that you gave but currently there is absolutely no problem and what you are mentioning seems completely alright
