at the age of 37. please suggest the diet chart for conceiving

A. dear mam, you should have a healthy and balanced diet. Have adequate fruits and vegetables even green leafy veg. Have nuts like almonds, walnuts. milk products like curd and paneer. You should have iron rich foods too.

A. At the age of 37, it is important to follow a healthy and balanced diet to improve fertility. Include plenty of green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits, whole grains, pulses, curd, paneer, and nuts like almonds and walnuts in your daily meals. Eat iron- and folic acid–rich foods such as spinach, beetroot, pomegranate, and chickpeas. Add good protein sources like eggs, sprouts, and lentils. Avoid junk food and excess caffeine, and consult your doctor about starting a folic acid supplement.
