#asktheexperts we have stopped Vit-d after completing one year.. Is there any other supplements that we need to start.

Maam there is no need to go ahead with any supplement till that time your doctor is not advising you to use any because these are the basic supplements which are vitamin D multivitamin for initial one year after that there is no need till the time your doctor does not suggest
