Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl1 week agoA. The child does not start speaking or does not pick up well on the speech by completing the time of 2 1/2 years then it is genuinely considered as a delay in that case we suggested to visit a therapist and proceed according to your doctors advice
