RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Thermophob I meant you can apply prior to that you should keep some ice pack or cold pack on that area and apply this tube this is what you can do 3 to 4 times in the if the pain of the pain as much you can also give paracetamol
