#asktheexperts the sleeping time of both babies is getting very less day by day. they are 1 yr old. in day time they sleep 1-2 times for max 1 hour per nap. at night they sleep for around 8-9 hours but 3-4 times they wake up & want breast milk, of breast milk gets empty then they start to cry, have to give formula milk. is it ok?
