RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl2 weeks agoA. The basic that is going to include very standard food which would be khichadi Dalia food items made out of ragi oats Suji water Coconut water buttermilk you can give all kind of fruits and vegetables and make sure to include Paneer cheese and curd also
