Madam with my personal experience I can tell you that I have given salt and spices to the child because my doctor recommended and she said that when you don’t eat spice less and tasteless food why do you expect the child to eat so I followed her guideline and never faced the problem so try that and keep the consistency a little more comfortable for the child
