#asktheexperts my toddler is 3 years old she is 11.8 kg weight..wo ache se khati hai..ek roti sabzi..daal rice ..but sab keh rhe do roti khilao..rice ka amount utna kro jitna aas paas Mera hai..kyunki wo dubli hai..mein use bina screen time k khilati hoon..utna hi kha le wohi badi baat hai..I dnt know where I m lacking..kyunki i m giving her everything..aur jo bacche sabzi fruits nhi kha rhe..unka weight acha gain ho rha hai

A. dear mom. if she is active then its ok. make sure to avoid offering h bakery, packeer junk food, sugary drinks, packet food ..which leads to obesity . try to give her one fruit per day
