#asktheexperts my son is happy baby but from two weeks he is not doing poop daily sometimes 2 days or more he is trying to pass and having hard time to do that. Please advise natural solution and I tried exercises

A. I think you may have started giving food to the child since your child is six months complete but since you may not be giving a lot of water or fibre in the diet which is why this is happening just try and increase the amount of fibre and fluids in the diet of your child
