#asktheexperts my son is 6 yrs old his weight is 15 kg n he is so thin what foods can i give my son(6 yrs) for weight gain

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 6 years old child, you should give protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg foods, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts like almonds.

A. Hello! Let the child be physically active throughout the day. It is important to get a good sunlight exposure. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced.
