#asktheexperts my kid doesnt want to eat on her own unless someone feeds her and thus, never eats her tiffin at school. she is very pickey eater. how to grow her interest in food?

A. hi mom at home start giving finger foods like idli , parathas , fruit cuts and let her eat by self

Mam at home only first you have to change the habit of the child you have to teach your child to eat on its own and you have to slowly make your child understand that at home I can see you and we can eat Turn by Turn 1CI will give one bite you have to eat so this is how things will change but since Mama is not there you will have to eat on your own and that is how your child is going to learn to be more independent
