AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 weeks agoA. Hello mama Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur child..Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee ,dry fruits ,paneer, rice ,egg ,potatoes, sweet potato, banana shake ,avocado etc in diet for weight gain.
