#asktheexperts my daughter umaima is not at all interested in proper meal and lil bit of spice is just an excuse to avoid food, She only consume all type of fruits that's a healthy habit but proper meal is a must, right? she is very lean and I'm really worried about her, please suggest something...

So don’t add chilli into the food that you are giving to the child as of now give without chilli make the same portion of the food and take one bowl out for your child and rest and rest of the food you can add chilli as per your convenience if your child is just making an issue out of chilli or spice eliminate in the food and then you feed the child this will help and put your child into good physical activity and check with your doctor for iron supplement to be given
