#asktheexperts my daughter is now 1yr 4months old. she had jaundice when she was born. due to the phototherapy, her skin color changed alot. wr thought it will eventually improve as she grows but there's a color discrimination. her skin color is different from face, buttocks, thighs and under the buttocks. can u plz suggest something how and by when will this color discrimination be sorted or should we use any cream to improve this color discrimination.

A. No this is the biggest mistake with parents have that it is because of phototherapy the natural colour of the child is based on the genetics of the child and it has got no connection with any need not worry about it on the basis of the genetics of the child
