#asktheexperts my daughter is 9 yrs and 5 months old. she is into badminton and classical dance. what food items can help her to build stamina and muscle strength apart from veggies, fruits, dry fruits. we are vegetarians.

A. hello u should try to give ur child protein rich food in the diet n can include dates or egg which are all rich in protein and also overnight soaked almonds be safe
