A. Leg pain can be associated with growth pain and if the child is not eating anything or eating anything still if the weight is not increasing then I would recommend you to give more of proteins to the child and get your child tested for indigestion or nutritional deficiency as that can really be a very big reason associated with improper weight gain and growth
