#asktheexperts my child wakes up again and again atleast 3 to 4 times for milk bottle or some memories overnight in 11 hours sleep

A. Hello! Reduce the screen time for the child, if any. Sometimes too much of sounds and visual activity can hamper the brain absorption and execution especially for such a small child. Communicate more effectively with your child. Encourage your child to express and share.
